Hobsonville House offers Five Bed and Breakfast Rooms, which are complimented by the Hobsonville House Guest's Lounge : -

• The Pukeko's Rest Room, which a double room furnished with a king sized bed and quality Linen and Manchester. A modern contemporary ensuite bathroom complete with comfortable designer bath complements the room. The Room has a pleasant outlook on Hobsonville House's garden, and posseses a subtle 'Pacifica' theme.

• The Kete Room, is a Triple Room which has been designed for a couple first and formost, who would prefer a larger room, with an accompanying sitting area and kichenette included. The room is supplied with a king sized bed and an extra king single, which also provides pleasant and roomy accommodation for a family of three. Further, the room can be configured into three separate single beds ( two long singles and a king single), to accommodate three single people.

• The Toi Toi Room is a Twin Room with two King Single beds, to suit one or two single persons, and is enviaged would suit a couple of friends or family. The room configuration is flexible however and can be changed to a Californian super king bed for the ultimate in decadance and luxury. A modern contemporary bathroom compliments this unique Bed and Breakfast room.

• The Pipi Room is a Double Room with a King Sized Bed with quality Linen and manchester, ideal for a couple, and provides a more private setting. The room is light and airey and is provided with a modern and contemporary Bathroom.

• The Jandal Room is a Double Room, with a 'Super' King sized bed. While the Jandal Room is a slightly smaller room, it has one of the largest beds with extra comfort and sumptuousness. As with all the Hobsonville House's room's quality Linen and Manchester is provided. The Jandal Room is serviced with its own adjacent private bathroom ( not ensuite).

• Hobsonville House Guests Lounge - Hobsonville House has a large high vaulted lounge which is for the exclusive use of guests. The lounge is ideal for both private and social occassions. Hobsonville House, is often booked by people attending weddings and other events in the area, and has been booked out by the families of the bride and groom to prepare the bride prior to the wedding. A media projector, screen and multi media sound system is available at night should this be suitable to all guests.
